SnowMAN is an extension written by me for the Google Chrome web-browser, for use within my project at TCS. It allows any user to use Servie Now’s ITIL based Service Management Tool – ServiceNow (SNOW), more effectively and efficiently.
In my project, SnowMAN not only helps our client ABN Amro Bank, Netherlands but also its vendors such as IBM, Infosys Ltd, CapGemini, Synechron, TCS etc to monitor the hopping of an Incident/Ticket between the various teams(vendors) that are responsible for its resolution.
With 100+ active weekly users in a short span of 30 days since its publication, SnowMAN is one of the fastest growing tools at TCS. It has been predicted to bring about an annualized savings of over $45,000 to the organization and will feature as a Performance Improvement tool in the ISO Audit for the fiscal year 2016-17.
